Preparing your Home for Real Estate Photography Session

14

With nearly two decades of experience marketing homes from South Miami to Key West and over a decade photographing everything from cozy bungalows to bustling motels, our team at Keys Property Visuals knows how to make a property shine. We specialize in capturing the best angles, minimizing distractions, and highlighting each property’s strongest features, all in a single efficient visit. Homeowners and property managers often invest hours preparing for a shoot, so the photographer must show up ready to get it right the first time.

We have worked in just about every condition imaginable and are skilled at working around things that cannot easily be moved. That said, a little preparation goes a long way toward creating standout images. If you have time to tidy up before we arrive, you will help us showcase your space in its best light. Here are a few simple tips to help you prepare for a successful shoot.
