Exterior and Drone Photography Checklist
- Remove all vehicles and park far from the property
- Hide trash cans, recycle bins, and loose items
- Clean windows
- Remove weeds, dead branches, and palm fronds
- Remove “No Trespassing” and any other irrelevant signage
- Inform all people in the home to be out of the working area

Lighting
- Turn on all lights
- Replace any burned-out bulbs
- Use 4000K daylight bulbs
Daylight bulbs keep photos and video crisp and true to color.
Windows & Mirrors
- Clean all windows, mirrors, and ceiling fans

- Remove clutter and stash it
